In order to avoid all restocking charges and expedite your refund, please call for authorisation first. We will ask a few simple questions.You must also return the item (s) in unused condition, in the original packaging, in a saleable condition within 14 days from the date of purchase.

Failure to comply with the above requirements may result in a restocking charge of up to 20% or refusal of the return. Special orders are non-returnable. Please ask your salesperson for details.

Returns sent C.O.D. or freight forward will not be accepted. Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable under any circumstance.

Baler Belts Australia shall not be liable for loss, injury or any damage relating to parts or machinery supplied by ourselves. Any extended warranty coverage in these circumstances is limited to what is provided by our suppliers.

All parts are only to be fitted by competent persons.

The onus is upon the customer to have full insurance on the items supplied, either if for the use of the purchaser or purchased in the intent to re-sell.

Goods should be checked upon receipt for damage or faults.
